Daylight interests
Why daylight matters in my work
In my work on human behaviour and its physiological underpinnings, daylight conveys temporal order for highly dynamic brain functions and peripheral systems, enabling survival by adaptation to seasonal changes from the equator to arctic regions.
Daylight Academy projects I worked on
Winter School “Perspectives on Daylight” (2019), The role of daylight for humans, Daylight and green cities, Daylight Ambassadors, Educational package on daylight, Documentary film (by EPFL film makers), Can daylight protect children from myopia?

If it wouldn’t be Science, it would be Art – I am highly sensitive to textures and sound, so I guess it would have been musical composition.
